Member Cancellation and Deletion

Members can delete their account by following these steps after logging in:

Go to Membership
-
Click on Settings
-
Select Advanced Options
-
Choose Delete Account
-
Enter the password used during login
-
Enter "delete my account"

Click on Delete Account
-
A confirmation popup will appear, click "Yes"
-
Enter the 6-digit SMS OTP and submit
-
A confirmation popup will appear, click "Yes"
-
The system will log out and delete your account
The following data will be deleted:
-
User account logged in
-
All sub-accounts
-
All posts
-
All Odd Jobs cases
-
All specified requests
-
All activity participation records
-
All chat messages
-
All uploaded media
-
All settings
-
Any content related to this account
