Samantha Chow
Registered Physiotherapist|Women's Health
Hello, I'm Samantha, a registered physical therapist at Aloha, and also a mother. These life roles have allowed me to deeply understand the health challenges that women face at different stages. In recent years, I have focused on women's overall health, including postpartum recovery, common urinary incontinence issues in middle-aged women, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, as well as postural and fascial problems caused by pregnancy, childcare, or long-term strain.
I love sports, and in my spare time, I enjoy running and working out at the gym. This not only keeps me energetic but also deepens my understanding of the connection between physical function and physical therapy. I have accumulated rich experience working in public hospitals, private clinics, and home therapy services, dealing with various pain and incontinence issues. Now, I hope to focus my expertise on women's health, helping many women face those "seemingly unsolvable or embarrassing" problems - whether it's postpartum body changes, embarrassing situations caused by pelvic floor muscle relaxation, or chronic discomfort due to poor posture.
I believe many women are accustomed to putting the needs of their families and others first, neglecting their own body signals. Therefore, I am committed to providing a safe, understanding environment and developing personalized treatment plans based on each woman's life stage and individual needs, combining manual therapy, exercise training, and educational guidance to help you regain body autonomy and confidence from the inside out.
I continue to study the latest techniques in women's health therapy to make more women aware that these issues do not have to be silently endured but can be actively faced and effectively improved. Whether you are experiencing confusion in postpartum recovery or facing physiological changes in middle age, I am willing to accompany you step by step towards a lighter, more empowered self.
Let's together transform those unspoken worries into action and embrace a healthy and confident life.
