Fascial adhesions do not immediately show obvious signs, but over time, they can lead to a series of symptoms and physical signs, such as:

  1. "Pain from the neck to the head! From pat pat to the buttocks!" Pain: localized or radiating, especially with specific movements or postures.

  2. "Can't raise hands high! Don't bend the waist low!" Reduced range of motion: Adhesions may limit normal joint movement, resulting in restricted range of motion.

  3. "Don't know where it hurts, but the whole back feels tight!" Muscle tension: The affected area may feel tense or have knots in the muscles.

  4. "Don't know why pressing on certain areas causes jumping pain!" Tenderness: Pressing on specific fascial or muscle areas may cause pain.

  5. "Feels like the soft tissue has become harder when touched?" Changes in soft tissue thickness or hardness: Fascial adhesions may cause the soft tissues in the affected area to become thicker or harder.

  6. "Buttocks seem weak, feeling soft all the time." Muscle weakness: Adhesions may lead to a decrease in the strength of related muscles.

  7. "Left side, right side can't, don't know why?" Asymmetrical or abnormal movement patterns: Due to fascial restrictions, the body may develop asymmetrical or abnormal movement patterns to try to avoid pain or adapt to restricted range of motion.

  8. "Feels strange when touching this area." Abnormal sensations: You may experience tingling, numbness, or burning sensations, especially if the adhesions affect nerves.

If you recognize any of the above situations, you may have an issue with fascial adhesions and should seek help from healthcare professionals for evaluation and treatment. A physical therapist can provide a professional assessment and offer an effective and targeted treatment plan.
